Hello,
Im tryinbg to rip rise of the planets of the apes disc and it keep failing saying 18 titles failed. I am using an ASUS-BW-16D1HT with firmware -3.10. Do I need to update to 3.11? Is it the disc or should I skip this disc?

Where do you find the location of the firmware to download
I know this is a silly quesiton, however can someone please provide the location of firmware to download. I have been scouring the web looking for it and its a ghost, like a fart in the wind. everyone talks about it bit no one points to its locaiton. thank you kindly.
