Update the 2nd I did some more searching, and found this forum post: https://forum.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&p=164772 where others were also running into this same issue. The suggestion was to disable ripping subtitles from the affected titles, and that did work as a solution for me. W...

I have ripped hundreds of discs with MakeMkv, and this is the first time I've encountered this. While ripping a brand new disc some, but not all, of the titles fail right at the end. And by that I mean the ripping progress bar gets all the way to the end with no errors, and then there is one LIBMKV_...
