A bit pointless downsizing the resolution. May as well just rip the blu-ray disc! A slightly better option would be to re-encode the 4K video to around half of the bitrate. Do you know the exact limitations of having an expired Beta Key? It still appears to make ISOs of encrypted DVDs. I haven't tried Blurays/UHD dics. I assume those would not work?
