Stereoscopic Player & 3D Subtitles
Ok, not an issue with MakeMKV, but I can't figure out how to enable forced subtitles in full screen mode. I'm playing back ripped 3D MKVs using SP as an external player in Emby, so that last thing I want to do is to go into windowed mode so I can then click subtitles from the toolbar. As far as I ca...

Re: The program can't find any useable optical drives
It was a warm boot rather than a hard boot. I'll do a proper shutdown/power up when I get home from work later.

The program can't find any useable optical drives
I get the above error when I run MakeMKV. v1.10.4 (x64). It was running fine last night, but when I attempted to rip the same BD I get this error. I'm able to see the 2 optical drives in Windows and the files on them. I can open an ISO file manually. I have rebooted the PC.

Thanks - I'll take a look at it.Marc_G wrote:Built in Win7 decoder doesn't generally work with DXVA for VC1. I usually use the filter from MPCHC assigned via filter tweaker so it doesn't mess anything else up.
Surprised this hasn't been fixed yet...

Choppy MKV VC1 Playback
When I playback all my VC1 encoded Blurays in MKV format, they appear choppy, stutter and blocky, but ones that are H264 play without these issues. If I look at the processor activity, the CPU is max'ed out for the VC1's, but around 20% for H264, so I guess that the GPU is doing the processing. This...

Ok thanks. I'll check out MKV Merge.NutFlush920 wrote:I had the same issue. This is just the way it's authored. You'll have to rip the large file to MKV then use another program like MKV Merge to split them into individual episodes.
The good news is its on a few discs like that if I remember correctly.

Fringe Season 1 Region 2 Episode Problem
I'm using 1.7.6 and it doesn't split the the titles into individual episodes, only as one big 34.9GB chunk, 1-31 chapters.
How do I get each episode into a MKV?
