The public keydb is a separate mechanism for obtaining keys. MakeMKV has its own process, however, if you drop a KEYDB.cfg file in the data directory (where the tgz files are created that you email in) it can ALSO use that as a source of keys.

Yep just did that and we're good!

I'm a little confused on this. I'm on Linux and thought that the _private_data.tar file in the .MakeMKV folder was what contained the keys. Mine has an update date of this morning. I don't have a separate keys file in that folder but everything has worked up until now. Am I missing something that I ...
