I just got a BW-16D1X-U today. I think my drive/firmware indicates it should be supported. Could someone confirm? (Attaching drive sticker) When I plug it in and view in Make MKV, it says to email the firmware to support@makemkv.com. is this a generic message or is this a new firmware that should be...
