I apologize in advance but I'm new to MakeMKV. Where do I find the failure log?

I'm not sure where this should be poasted but I have been trying to rip region 2 TV series discs. MakeMKV rips them successfully up to one hour and 37 minutes. Are there settings that will get the rips to finish?

I am looking for the firmware but I see that my Revision number is different than the others in this thread.
Can anybody point me to the correct firmware?
