I have AnyDVD HD for ripping disk to HDD, but I only use that for disks that MKV can't decrypt e.g. new releases, but I prefer to convert my disks to MKV as I run a Plex server and Plex does not support .ISO I will continue to rip with MakeMKV with all English subs, see if the movie has non-English ...

Bugga, I thought that might be the case. Unfortunately, as I am going down 4K UHD path, there is no way to watch the movie(s) before hand as UHD playback is no longer doable on Windows.

I guess I'll just keep doing what I am doing.

I also stupidly upgraded my firmware on my BDR-XS07TUHD today to version 1.03 and I can no longer rip my UHD's.
