No worries. I have an LG that I bought from Marty that I am using in the meantime. CheersCoopervid wrote: Fri Oct 17, 2025 8:19 pm You gotta wait until Mike comes up with a solution. No ETA. But he pomised.

Re: All Pioneer drives will be LibreDrive supported
Just wondering if there were any updates if the BDR-XS07TUHD can be LibreDrive enabled as I saw the BDR-XS07UHD Slim Slot load USB listed on the Ultimate UHD Drives Flashing Guide Updated 2025. I have 2 that I am eager to use again :D
Cheers

Re: LibreDrive for Pioneer drives
Will my UHD drive eventually be able to be flashed? I have 2 of them that I would love to use.

Re: Way to see which subtitle track is "forced" before remuxing
I have AnyDVD HD for ripping disk to HDD, but I only use that for disks that MKV can't decrypt e.g. new releases, but I prefer to convert my disks to MKV as I run a Plex server and Plex does not support .ISO
I will continue to rip with MakeMKV with all English subs, see if the movie has non-English ...

Re: Way to see which subtitle track is "forced" before remuxing
Bugga, I thought that might be the case. Unfortunately, as I am going down 4K UHD path, there is no way to watch the movie(s) before hand as UHD playback is no longer doable on Windows.
I guess I'll just keep doing what I am doing.
Thanks for the reply

Way to see which subtitle track is "forced" before remuxing
I was wondering if there was a way to preview subs before remuxing with MakeMKV?
Currently I have to remux with all English subtitles, including checking the forced boxes, watch the mkv, get to a non-English part of the film, and manually change the subtitle to find out which one is supposed to be ...

Re: Pioneer firmware update February 2023
I also stupidly upgraded my firmware on my BDR-XS07TUHD today to version 1.03 and I can no longer rip my UHD's. I went and bought a brand new one and it came with the dreaded 1.03 firmware, which I tried to return and got told to bad so sad the drive works.
