Personally, I've never had a drive that MakeMKV has made a dump for, so I'm just guessing. I suggest you try removing _private_data.tar, any .tgz files, keydb.cfg (if you have it), and sdf.bin (if you have it) from your MakeMKV data directory. You don't have to (and probably shouldn't) delete ...

Before you do anything, look inside the dump. When I had one, the file inside was 4MB. They just compress really well.

Oh, yes, I did that and I found a file "dump_info_PIONEER_BD-RW___BDR-X12_1.07_AFDL000137WL.tar" which is 3Kb.
I was expecting a "dump_full_XXXXX" file but it seems the MakeMKV ...

I've seen references to the "sdftool" utility, but from what I've seen, it doesn't work with Pioneer devices.
