I tried downloading makemkv files https://makemkv.com/download/old/makemkv-bin-1.17.7.tar.gz https://makemkv.com/download/old/makemkv-oss-1.17.7.tar.gz and they gave me the wrong shasum. But when I ran them through virus total I think it reported the correct one. However CRDF reported the files as &...

How do you install it to different directories, doesn't it automatically go to /usr/bin? How do you change that?

I used the instructions for installing the current version 1.18.2 https://forum.makemkv.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=224 The flashing instructions say that only up to 1.17.7 is supported, I don't see a way to downgrade or get the older versions. Also has anyone done this and had any issues I sh...
