I have success with most of my disks but Perfect Stranger with Halle Berry and Bruce Willis has me flummoxed. See picture attached below. My drive is Lire DRive enabled so I thought it should be able to rip most files.

I did the flashing and below is a photo of what MakeMKV shows now for the specs.

Yes it is an external slim drive.

Below is a screen shot of my drive specs. I already downloaded the All You Need Firmware and a folder called SDF Tool Flasher.
I am not sure what bin file should be used for this Buffalo drive.

Thanks for the tip. I noticed there was a power cable in the box so I am now using it and it works much better now. Since I am not ripping any 4K disks (at this time) I figured I did not need Libredrive enabled.
