Update 2: the drive physically says "BDR-UD04TBD" on the outside. (I'm adding this information so it may benefit others.)
Update: I figured it out. I needed an SDF update (manually downloaded sdf.bin, placed it in %UserProfile%\.MakeMKV
and fully shut down then turned the computer back on.) Not ...
