Additional info: I closed and restarted the first instance (while the second was running). Again it asked which drive and I chose the first drive. Loaded a disc and it detected it. Did all that. The Windows version doesn't seem to have a "New instance" in the menu.

The second instance seems to work properly. The first instance (which asked which drive), flips to the second drive after ejecting the disc it just finished in the first drive.

... And it still does it.
