Thank you. The drive is an internal LG BH16NS55 drive.
I have cleaned the disc and retried to copy and still get the same error:
MakeMKV v1.18.1 win(x64-release) started

UHD copy failure
I recently purchased the MKV licence and a new LG drive and have done the steps to update the firmware and LibreDrive is now enabled. I have purchased two new 4K discs from JBHiFi. I have not been able to copy either of these as I get errors like this for both discs:
