Did you email the file to svq@makemkv.com ? Otherwise, it will not be added to MakeMKV's configuration.
Attaching the file (which didn't work; is it bigger than 4.0mb?) is for the keydb people. Most people upload those to a public storage site (google is popular) and provide a link in the message ...

Hi,
I tried to open this disc with MakeMKV and got the following message:
This disc uses newer version of AACS protection.
Saved AACS dump file as C:\Users\<username>/.MakeMKV/MKB_v82_TBXK_1405_B94A.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted.
Backup failed.
Dump file ...
