Hi there @Coopervid, I feel bad joining in on the "please PM me firmware" band wagon, but I foolishly bought a 43890 thinking I could use it for UHD blu-rays, not really understanding the distinction as this is my first foray into backing up disc content. I was hoping to find a resolution...

My drive is a pioneer c43889 UD03 1.14,with what ive read i do believe this needs cross flashed with a UD04 firmware of which i strugle to find to be able to read and rip 4k uhd.but cant find this files anywhere,nor the procedure to do such a flashing process please could you help.
