Did you do anything special? I updated to 1.18.3 and I'm getting, "The volume key is unknown for this disk - video cant be decrypted Failed to Open Disk". TIA for any info that can help.

Forgive me if these are stupid questions. Newbie here.... I just pulled the trigger on a Pioneer BDR-212DBK drive. I selected it over the Asus BW-16D1HT.
