Got a PM from @Coopervid, pretty quick after posting this. Got the appropriate firmware and was able to flash my drive. Thanks for the directions!

Been using an LG drive a while, and wanting to have a backup. Just purchased an ASUS BW-16D1X-U, and looks like it has a Pioneer drive. I see a lot of the flash guides are for the LG and the Pioneer drive it depends on the firmware etc. So adding my drive to the list to see if there is a firmware or...
