Hi Mike Tried this when only selecting the failing track. I tried the *TESTDUMP* setting immediately after loading MakeMKV and, after reloading the program, after loading the DVD but just before pressing the Make MKV button. No difference. Used administration mode (Win7). No file is produced at all....

The main track fails. Log attached (sorry about double upload - one didn't seem to work). Any advice as to settings I can try or is MakeMKV failing?

I successfully ripped it using DVDFab so the disc is fine.

I have been successful with other DVDs (terrific program BTW).
