Both of my copies of this disc have the same problem. The copy from my original 2004 Australian TTT EE DVD Box Set and the copy included in my 2011 Australian LOTR Trilogy EE Bluray Boxset.
I gave up trying to use MakeMKV to backup the disc and just used DVD Decrypter to create an iso
